Delicious Quinoa Turkey Burgers
I was determined to cook these tonight:
Quinoa (cooked in chicken broth)
After Quinoa is done, mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. No Egg or flour needed as the Quinoa binds the ingredients.
Shape meat into patties or meatballs and place in a non-stick baking pan. (I added a little Olive Oil spray to my pan).
Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes and then broil on high for 5 minutes!
I can't speak to exact measurements because I was simply throwing things together as I saw fit. However, I only used a cup of the Quinoa to 2 cups of broth.
