I Love Love Love Elizabeth Gilbert! Not only is she an amazing writer, but she is an affecting public speaker. Here's a wonderful video where she speaks on the journey. Two of my favorite quotes from this video: the first where she quotes Proust, “Our lives are journeys that nobody can take for us and nobody can spare us from." The second, "This is why this is the age of memoir, this is why this is the age of Oprah. Because we need to see how each other are solving these questions." HOT DAMN-IT! Yes Yes!
